Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2017, Caroline Pineau has been an associate in Gide's Public Law, Energy & Environment practice group since 2019. She specialises in public real estate law.
Caroline assists public and private operators in developing and implementing their complex real estate projects (commercial buildings, retail complexes, logistics warehouses, transport infrastructures, coliving residences), in terms of town planning and construction (analysis of the legal feasibility of the operation, assistance in the procedure for the examination of applications for administrative authorisations).
She also represents these operators before administrative courts throughout France.
Caroline holds a Master's degree in real estate and construction law from the Paris II Panthéon-Assas University (2015).
