Caroline Pineau

Caroline Pineau is an associate in the "Public, Energy and Environmental Law" team at Gide's Paris office.
Her practice focuses on town planning law and public property law. She assists and represents public and private operators in the development and realisation of complex property projects, both on regulatory issues (local planning documents, concerted development zones) and operational issues (administrative authorisations required for projects).
Caroline has been involved in a number of major projects, assisting operators from the administrative feasibility stage of their projects (construction or restructuring of office buildings, retail complexes, logistics warehouses, transport infrastructure and coliving residences, etc.) through to their completion, including securing their administrative authorisations.
Caroline is a graduate of the Master 2 Real Estate and Construction Law at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas. She has been a registered lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2017.
