Carole-Anne Bauer is an associate in Gide's "Intellectual Property" team in Paris.

Its activities cover French and European intellectual property law. It advises on and litigates across the full spectrum of intellectual property law (patents, trademarks, designs and copyright) and the protection of trade secrets, as well as unfair and parasitic competition law.

Carole-Anne is a graduate of the Université Panthéon-Sorbonne (Master II) in Industrial and Artistic Property and the Université Panthéon-Assas (Master II) in International Business Law. She also holds a certificate in Fashion & Luxury Management from HEC Paris. She joined Gide after working in the legal departments of Chanel and Lanvin. Carole-Anne Bauer was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2023.
