Camille is an associate in the "Investment Funds and Asset Management" team in Gide's Paris office.
She advises regulated entities in the financial sector on the banking and financial regulations applicable to their activities, and in particular on structuring investment funds such as private equity funds, infrastructure funds, debt funds and hedge funds.
Camille also assists these actors in disciplinary proceedings before the Autorité des Marchés Financiers.
Prior to joining Gide, Camille worked as jurist in the Investigations Directorate of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers. Camille graduated from SKEMA Business School with the Master in Management - Grande Ecole programme. She also holds a master's degree in financial law from Université Paris Dauphine-PSL and a master's degree in international business law from Université du Littoral-Côte-d'Opale.
