Camille Fromentin is an associate in Gide's "Public Law, Energy & Environment" team in Paris.

She advises on a wide range of issues relating to the creation, operation and closure of facilities classified for environmental protection (ICPE). She also advises economic operators on waste and circular economy law, as well as corporate social responsibility issues. She represents these operators before French administrative and criminal courts.

Camille has assisted economic operators with the creation, operation and closure of their industrial activities (ICPE, protected species, wetlands, etc.). In addition, she has advised producers and eco-schemes on legal issues relating to the extended producer responsibility (EPR). She also assists clients on greenwashing issues in advertising campaigns. Camille teaches environmental law in the Masters in Economic Law at Sciences Po Paris.

Camille holds a Master's degree in Economic Law from Sciences Po Paris. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2021.
