Camille Courti
Practices
Camille Courti is an associate in Gide's "Competition and International Trade" team in Paris. Camille focuses mainly in French and European competition law, distribution law and consumer law.
She advises and litigates before both the competition authorities and the commercial courts (antitrust law, mergers, contractual litigation, unfair competition, restrictive practices, commercial agency, misleading practices, etc.). She also has expertise in negotiating and drafting commercial contracts and in implementing the so-called Egalim French laws in the agri-food industry.
Camille has recently been working on downraids carried out by the French competition authority on the premises of companies from the agri-food industry, and on appeals against these operations and the subsequent enquiries of the authority. She is also currently involved in private enforcement actions relating to anti-competitive practices sanctioned by the European Commission. Camille also regularly assists our clients in formalising their commercial relationships and in litigation arising from them.
Camille is a graduate of the University of Paris II Panthéon Assas (Master 2 in Business Law) and of the College of Europe in Bruges (L.L.M in European Law). She has been a registered lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2020.
