Bertrand Oldra became a partner of the Paris Real Estate team in 2007, where he works predominantly on acquisitions, property development transactions, and property restructuring. He actively participates in the evolution of real estate practices (co-working, co-living, smartgrids, etc.) and has recognized expertise in resolving conflicts involving real estate assets, both in court and through mediation. He frequently acts for international clients, both in France and abroad.
Recent experience includes the acquisition and sale of a number of properties (direct acquisition or acquisition of corporate shares) with a view to their restoration, leasing or sale; acquisition of real estate developers; overseeing the construction of office developments and shopping centres; drawing up crisis exit strategies; and general real estate disputes.
Clients include J.P. Morgan Asset Management, AEW, Arkea, Angelo Gordon, Apsys, Bouygues Immobilier, Crédit Agricole, la Caisse d'Epargne, Decathlon, Foncière Atland, Qatari National Bank, Disney, Tikehau.
Bertrand is the author and co-author of various articles on real estate law, and is a regular speaker at conferences.
