Bertrand Garrandaux is Counsel in Gide's "Real Estate Transactions and Finance" team in Paris.

Bertrand works with French and foreign institutional investors on any kind of operations (sale, acquisition, lease, construction, restructuring, real estate partnership) and on any kind of assets (office, retail, logistics, hotels, housing). Bertrand has developed strong skills on real estate litigation. He assists his clients on leasing litigation but also on construction of sale litigation.

Bertrand is involved in disposals, acquisitions, lease negotiations, construction, asset restructuring and co-development operations, and assists institutional landlords with their asset management.

Bertrand is a graduate of Audencia Nantes, the University of Paris I - Panthéon-Sorbonne and holds a Master 2 in Franco-English Business Law from the University of Paris-Sud. Bertrand was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2015.
