Bénédicte Mazel is a partner in Gide's Projects (Finance and Infrastructure) and Public Law practices. She practises in all areas of public business law and has developed particular expertise in the direct or indirect financing of public or private facilities and infrastructure in a public environment: loans, including bonds, subsidised rental loans and loan guarantees issued by the public sector.
Bénédicte has practised in all areas of law applicable to public-sector institutions since 1999, so she has a thorough understanding of how they operate and how they are organised. She assists manufacturers, investors and banks in these transactions, including in litigation.
