Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2014, Aude-Laurène Dourdain specialises in capital markets and corporate finance.
Aude-Laurène is instructed by arrangers and French and foreign issuers on a wide range of market operations, including debt instruments (EMTN Program, bonds issue, Medium Term Notes, TCN negotiable debt securities, Euro PP), equity securities (IPO, capital increase, private placement, block trade and dual listing), as well as on the issuance of securities giving access to capital (OCEANE, ORA). She also assists companies in their day-to-day issues relating to corporate and securities law and corporate governance.
Aude-Laurène is a graduate of the EDHEC Business School and holds a Master's degree in corporate law from the Lille Catholic University. She worked for 3 years in a French law firm in Casablanca before joining Gide. She is fluent in French and English.
