Anne-Elvire Dewasmes-Tixier is an associate in Gide's "Real Estate Transactions & Finance" team in Paris.

She has experience in real estate law, construction law, property development and urban planning, and acts for both French and international clients.

Anne-Elvire handles both advisory and litigation matters.

She is a graduate of ESSEC (MSc in Management - Programme Grande École, 2022) and the University of Paris II - Panthéon-Assas (Master 2 in Real Estate and Construction Law, 2019). She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2022.
