Admitted to the Tunis Bar, Anis Jabnoun is the partner in charge of Global Lawyers North Africa (GLN-A), in partnership with Gide in Tunisia.
With more than 17 years of practice in Tunisia, Anis Jabnoun has extensive experience in M&A and corporate law, commercial and competition law, bankruptcy and rehabilitation procedures, banking and finance and foreign investments. He has been involved in major Tunisian M&A transactions with respect to companies carrying out banking, financial, industrial or services activities, as well as cross-border transactions.
Anis is a lecturer at the Tunis University. He is ranked as 'Rising Star' by IFLR1000 and recommended by Legal 500 EMEA since 2017, as well as by Chambers Global.
