Agnieszka Biernacka is an associate at Gide’s Warsaw office. She specialises in advising business entities on real estate transactions law and construction law. She assists Polish and international clients with acquisitions of real estate properties and prepares due diligence reports and transactional documentation for investors active on the Polish real estate market. She also has experience in issues related to the investment process and in negotiating lease agreements.
She graduated from the Law and Administration Faculty at Warsaw University.
Prior to joining Gide, she gained her professional experience working as a lawyer in real estate departments of international law firms such as Greenberg Trauring Grzesiak, Hogan Lovells and Noerr Menzer.
She is fluent in English and German.
