Who Are We Looking For?

We prioritise those who have passed the entrance exam for bar training schools and have already completed internships in other law firms, regardless of their size or specialisation.
Profiles that combine a high level of education, strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work as part of a team are particularly valued. In addition to excellent academic results, training from a business school or international experience, whether professional or academic, is a significant asset.

Internships or VIE Positions in Our International Offices

With our global presence, Gide is one of the few French business law firms offering PPI (Projet Pédagogique Individuel) internships and VIE (Volontariat International en Entreprise) placements. The VIE status provides an excellent gateway to an international career, allowing you to gain experience before or after qualifying with the CAPA.

The Path to Becoming a Team Member

The internship is the primary route to joining the firm. We are highly selective with respect to candidates and dedicated to ensuring they are fully integrated throughout their internship period.
