Gide advised the Ministry of Finance on the update of the EMTN programme
Gide’s Warsaw office assisted the State Treasury of the Republic of Poland, represented by the Minister of Finance, in updating the EUR 85 billion EMTN Eurobond programme, with Deutsche Bank acting as arranger.
The Gide team, led by partner Paweł Grześkowiak and counsel Dawid Van Kędzierski, and comprising associates Dominik Figura and Jan Bak, was responsible for providing comprehensive support to the client at every stage of the project, including the preparation of the prospectus and issuance documentation. English law aspects of the project were handled by partner Dimitrios Logizidis and counsel Alexander Tompkins from Gide’s London office.
