Gide, counsel to Younited on the listing of Younited (Younited Financial SA) on Euronext Paris
Gide advised Younited, a regulated player in the European consumer credit market, on the listing of Younited (Younited Financial SA) on Euronext Paris (code: YOUNI). Younited is also listed on Euronext Amsterdam. The IPO follows its announced combination in October 2024 with Iris Financial, a Euronext Amsterdam listed financial services company, sponsored by Ripplewood Holdings I LLC.
