Gide Loyrette Nouel has advised Grosvenor on the acquisition of a portfolio of buildings from ANF Immobilier, a listed real estate investment company, which includes retail, office and residential premises located on Rue de la République in Lyon. The transaction amount is EUR 309.6 million.
