Gide, counsel to Boursorama on the acquisition of FinTech Fiduceo
Gide advises Boursorama, Société Générale’s online banking subsidiary, on the full acquisition of Fiduceo, which specialises in online Personal Finance Management. This operation should enable Boursorama to step up its development and build future banking relations, both digital and personalised.
The operation will be completed by the end of April 2015.
