Gide, counsel to ORG Packaging Co., Ltd. on its takeover of Auxerre football club in France
Gide has advised the Chinese heavyweight of packaging, ORG Packaging Co., Ltd., on its agreement with AJAXXL Capital SA, held by the Limido family, concerning the acquisition of a majority stake in the capital of Auxerre football club in France, AJA Football. ORG Packaging Co., Ltd. also received counsel from King & Wood Mallesons in the reorganisation of relationships between AJA Football and the AJA association. AJAXXL Capital SA was advised by Jean-Luc Michaud.
ORG Packaging Co., Ltd was advised by Gide with a team comprised of Thomas Urlacher (partner), Marlone Zard and Bai Yiran, and King & Wood Mallesons with a team comprised of Jean-Louis Martin (partner) and Quentin Jobard.
