Gide, counsel to Lendix on obtaining an AIFM licence to grant loans directly to SMEs
Gide has advised Lendix, a fintech leader on the French lending-based crowdfunding market, on obtaining, from the French Financial Markets Authority, an AIFM investment company licence authorising it to manage investment funds offering loans directly to SMEs.
In particular, Lendix will manage the ELTIF investment fund LDX-SME II, first SME-dedicated ELTIF fund authorised in Europe, which will support Lendix activities in France, Spain and Italy.
