Gide advises Jefferies International Limited on a €29.5 million capital increase of Nanobiotix
Gide has advised Jefferies International Limited, as sole bookrunner, in connection with a €29.5 million increase in the share capital of Nanobiotix, reserved for qualifying US and European investors.
A pioneer in nanomedicine created in 2003, the French company Nanobiotix is developing new therapeutic approaches to treating cancer. The total gross amount of the capital increase reached €29.5 million, through the issue of 2,566,666 new shares at €11.50 per share.
The Gide team was led by Arnaud Duhamel, partner, assisted by Guilhem Richard, Juliette Pierre and Lou Recht, associates. Tax aspects of the operation were handled by Olivier Dauchez, partner, assisted by Alexandre Bochu, counsel. Jefferies was advised on US law aspects by the law firm Cooley.
