Gide on the double Green bonds issuance by Société du Grand Paris for a total amount of EUR 6 billion

Gide advised the banks on the double issuance of Green bonds by the Société du Grand Paris, for an amount of EUR 6 billion, admitted to trading on Euronext Paris. The first Series for an amount of 3 billion euros will not bear interest and will mature on 2030 and the second Series, of the same amount, with a fixed interest of 0.7% will mature on 2060.

According to the issuer, “this transaction is the largest green bond issue ever carried out, excluding sovereign issuers“.

Gide’s team was led by partner Hubert du Vignaux, assisted by associate Mariléna Gryparis.
