Gide, Counsel to Datawords on its acquisition in Chinese company Switching-Time
Gide advised Datawords, a Multicultural IngenuityTM digital expert, to acquire award-winning integrated communication Chinese company Switching-Time, with the support of Keensight Capital, Datawords’ majority shareholder, to empower international brands with digital campaign solutions in China.
Gide advice covered all aspects of the project, including legal due diligence, structuring, negotiation and drafting of transaction documents, as well as assistance for closing.
