For several decades now, we have contributed to case law in securities law matters and the continued development of the regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
We have excellent working relationships with this authority as well as all market stakeholders, and we are regularly consulted by authorities on issues of corporate and securities laws, particularly in regard to ESG/CSR/sustainable development.
