Tunis

Opened in 2001, our Tunis office is one of the few law firms in Tunisia to provide comprehensive legal assistance, covering all areas of Tunisian and international business and finance law. We work with Global Lawyers North Africa (GLN-A), a professional law firm of around 10 lawyers, for matters of local law, in accordance with the rules of the Tunisian Bar Association.

Our added value

Our team in Tunis primarily assists foreign investors,  at every stage of their projects, from their inception in Tunisia to the financing of their activities. We also provide support in structuring their projects, particularly in the energy and infrastructure sectors, along with day-to-day support for their activities in Tunisia.

We assist them with the development of their projects, their negotiations, any potential litigation and their dealings with the Tunisian authorities and courts.

GLN-A, our local partner, has recognised expertise in litigation, with substantial experience before the Tunisian courts and in arbitration proceedings, both ad hoc and institutional (ICC, ICSID).
