Diane Paillot de Montabert is an associate in Gide's "litigation" team in Paris. She specialises in corporate criminal law, compliance and internal investigations.

She assists listed and unlisted companies, both French and foreign, with litigation and advice on compliance and risk management (implementation and review of anti-corruption compliance programmes in accordance with the Sapin II Law and the Duty of Vigilance Law: risk mapping, codes of conduct, whistleblowing procedures, training, etc.). She also assists companies with corporate internal investigations .

Diane is also involved in preparing their defence before the criminal courts (in particular the conclusion of CJIP proceedings), the commercial courts and the civil courts (in particular representing French groups sued on the basis of Duty of Vigilance Act).

Diane joined Gide after a number of internships with law firms (Willkie Farr & Gallagher, Dacheng-Dentons) and as a judicial assistant at the Paris Court of Appeal. She holds a Master 2 in Business Law from the University of Paris-Dauphine (2019), and certificates in Criminal Sciences and Criminological Sciences from the Institute of Criminology and Criminal Law at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (2017-2018). Diane was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2020.
