Emilia Grenier is an associate in Gide's "Intellectual Property, Telecoms, Media & Technology" team in Paris.
She assists French and international clients, both in advisory and litigation capacities, with issues of industrial property (patents, trademarks, designs), copyright, unfair competition and parasitism.
Before joining Gide in 2023, Emilia gained experience in intellectual property law with leading French and international law firms and in the legal department of an international company.
Emilia holds a Master 2 in Literary, Artistic and Industrial Property Law (Paris II Panthéon-Assas) and a Master in English Law (Paris II Panthéon-Assas and University College London). She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2024.
