Yannick Granjon is an associate in the "Real Estate Transactions & Finance" team. He specialises in real estate law, real estate litigation and corporate law.

He advises French and international operators on a wide range of legal issues in the real estate sector, and has been involved in the preparation and execution of a number of acquisitions and disposals of real estate assets, real estate portfolios and groups of companies, as well as M&A and restructuring operations, joint venture structuring, leasing, development and financing.

Yannick recently worked for Foncière Renaissance on a joint-venture share deal to acquire a 4,500 square metre building at 40, avenue George V 75008, which houses Atland's head office.

Yannick is a DJCE graduate of Rennes I University, Cork University (Ireland), Montpellier University, Paris II Panthéon-Assas University and Jean Moulin Lyon III University. He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2019.
