Tiphanie Mareuse is counsel in Gide's "Public Law, Energy & Environment" and "Projects" teams in Paris.

She has developed considerable expertise in public business law. She mainly advises on and litigates public contracts, particularly concessions and PPPs. Tiphanie assists public bodies and private operators in the preparation and implementation of building and infrastructure projects in France and Africa.

Tiphanie has developed particular experience of these projects in the transport and sport and entertainment sectors. In particular, she advises the MSC group (a major player in container transport and logistics) on the implementation of its French and African port concessions. She also advises the French government on the renewal of its airport concessions. She also assisted Paris 2024 with the structuring and negotiation of the many contracts for operating the Olympic and Paralympic Games venues.

Before returning to Gide in 2018, Manon joined the legal department of Bolloré Transport et Logistics in 2016. She holds a Master 2 in Public Economic Law from the University of Paris II - Panthéon-Assas and a specialised Master in International Business Law and Management from ESSEC. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2023.
