Morgan Maréchal is Counsel in Gide's "Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions" team in Paris.

Morgan Maréchal specialises in mergers and acquisitions and corporate law. She regularly advises clients on acquisitions of unlisted companies, with a strong cross-border focus. Morgan Maréchal also works on setting up of joint ventures and/or partnerships, restructuring operations and issues relating to the governance of unlisted companies. She has in-depth knowledge of acquisitions and restructurings of financial institutions, both in France and abroad.

Morgan Maréchal regularly advises major French financial institutions on their M&A transactions. She is currently advising Société Générale on the sale of several of its shareholding interests on the African continent. She also advises a number of industrial companies and the main players of the infrastructure sector. In particular, she recently advised Meridiam on increasing its stake in LISEA, the concessionaire for the South Europe Atlantic High Speed Line (LGV SEA).

Morgan Maréchal is a graduate of the Master 2 DJCE - Corporate and Business Law at the University of Rennes 1 and completed an LL.M. in International Business Law at the University of Exeter. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2016.
