Pauline Manet is Counsel in Gide's "Employment Law" team in Paris.

She advises French and international companies on all individual and collective aspects of employment law. She regularly advises on the employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions and restructuring operations.

Before joining Gide in 2023, Pauline worked for 6 years at Hogan Lovells LLP in Paris. She holds a Master 2 Droit et Pratiques des Relations de Travail (DPRT) from the University of Paris II Panthéon Assas (2014) as well as an LLM from King's College London (2015). Pauline also holds a diploma from the Institut de Droit des Affaires at Université Paris II Panthéon Assas (2013). Pauline has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2016.
