Charles Leray is an associate in Gide's "Competition & International Trade" team in Paris.

He advises and litigates before the French and European competition authorities (cartels, abuse of dominant position, merger control) and before the commercial courts (compensation actions, contractual disputes, unfair competition).

Charles is a graduate of Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (Master 2 Droit des Affaires) and Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas (Master 2 Droit européen des affaires et de la concurrence). He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2024.
