Coralie Leger is an associate in Gide's "Investment Funds and Asset Management" team in Paris.

She assists management companies in structuring and raising private equity, infrastructure, private debt and mezzanine funds, as well as in secondary transactions, and handles legal issues relating to the regulations applicable to asset management and investment firms. Prior to joining Gide, Coralie worked in the investment funds team of the Paris office of an international law firm.

Coralie holds a Master 2 in European Business Law (2018) from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and an LL.M. in European Business Law from the Ludwig-Maximilian Universität in Munich (2019). She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2021.
