Marine Lecomte is an associate within Gide’s "Projects" (Finance & Infrastructure) team in Paris.

She assists French and international sponsors and industrial companies, as well as international financial institutions and governments on a wide range of greenfield and brownfield projects, in France and abroad (Eastern Europe and Africa). She is involved in all stages of projects: structuration, negotiation and implementation (construction, operation and maintenance).

Marine has recently advised on the development of projects in many sectors: energy (nuclear, thermal and hydrogen), transport (ports, logistics areas and sustainable mobility), natural resources (mining, oil & gas), water & waste (wastewater treatment plant) and public facilities (schools). Marine has assisted EDF in the tender for the design and supply of nuclear power plants in Czech Republic.

Prior to joining Gide’ Marine worked within other international independent French law firms as well as within the Exploration and Production Legal Department (Africa Division) of TotalEnergies. Marine is graduated in International Business Law from François Rabelais University, Tours and in International Business Law and Management from ESSEC Business School. She is a member of the Paris Bar since 2019.
