Pierre-Antoine Degrolard is Counsel in Gide's Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions team in Paris.

He works on M&A and corporate transactions and is a specialist in FDI issues (analysis, filing, conditions, etc.). Antoine is a specialist in FDI matters (analysis, filing, conditions, etc.) and assists French and international clients (manufacturers, investment funds, start-ups) with their complex M&A transactions, reorganisations and partnerships (joint ventures) in a wide range of sectors. Pierre-Antoine also assists companies, particularly those with public shareholdings, with their corporate law issues.

Pierre-Antoine regularly advises on foreign investment (FDI) matters and has handled numerous FDI cases in all the sectors concerned (defence, healthcare, new technologies, data, semi-conductors, etc.) and for clients on every continent. He has also conducted multi-jurisdictional analyses in nearly 100 countries in the context of large-scale transactions.

Before joining Gide in 2017, he practised for 5 years in leading French law firms. He is a graduate of ESCP Europe, Université Paris-Dauphine and Université Paris II. He has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2012 and a London Foreign Lawyer since 2020.
