Ludivine Vaillant

Ludivine Vaillant is an associate in the Gide's "Projects" (Finance & Infrastructure) team in Paris.
She advises public authorities, sponsors and financial institutions in relation to the development and financing of projects in the energy (grid-connected thermal and renewable power plants) and infrastructure (transport, airports) in particular in Europe and Africa.
In the infrastructure sector, she advises the Government of Kenya (JKIA Airport), Ravinala Airports (Ravinala Airport), SETRAG (rail project), the Inter-American Development Bank and the Government of Trinidad and Tobago (port project). In the energy sector, she has worked with AMEA Power (Kairouan solar power plant) and EDF and its subsidiary Izivia (recharging stations). Ludivine's previous experience includes working with sponsors and other players on motorway, wind power, photovoltaic and hydroelectric projects.
Ludivine is graduate of the University of Ottawa (LL.M. in International Investment Law), of the University of Exeter (LL.M in international commercial Law) and of University of Rennes 1 (Franco-British Magister in Business Law and Master in European Law). She is a member of the Paris Bar since April 2024.
