Ghizlen Sari-Ali is Counsel in Gide's Mergers & Acquisitions team in Paris.

She specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and private equity. She advises on domestic and cross-border acquisitions, joint ventures, mergers and restructuring. She advises clients operating in a wide range of economic sectors (banking, insurance, industry, energy, aeronautics, media, real estate, etc.). Ghizlen has developed particular expertise in multi-jurisdictional transactions. She joined Gide in 2014.

Ghizlen has advised : Air France-KLM in connection with the setting-up of a joint venture with Airbus for the provision of maintenance services for A350 aircraft; BNP Paribas in connection with the referral of Orange Bank's clients in France and Spain; Engie in the context of the sale of the Endel group to Altrad; BNP Paribas in connection with the sale of its banking subsidiaries in Tunisia (UBCI) and Gabon (BICIG); and Reworld Media in the context of the acquisition from TF1 of the Unify group's Publishers business.

Ghizlen holds a Master II in Business Law from the University of Paris-Dauphine and an LL.M. in International Business Law from the University of Exeter (England). She is a member of the Paris Bar.
