Véronique Quèruel is Of Counsel in Gide's "Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions" team in Paris.

She is regularly involved in mergers and reorganisations of companies in the industrial, commercial, financial and real estate sectors, including cross-border mergers and mergers of OPCIs, SCPIs and GFIs. She is also responsible for the legal support of companies in a variety of sectors, including banking, real estate, transport, the automotive industry and the media.

She also assists private partners with PPPs. She recently monitored the creation of project companies set up by various consortia as part of motorway, hospital and sports concessions.

Véronique was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1995.
