Bénédicte Perrier-Walckenaer is Counsel in Gide's "Employment law" team in Paris.

She advises French and international companies and groups in a wide range of sectors on all aspects of employment law, both individual and collective, and handles both complex transactions (acquisitions, restructuring) and day-to-day issues. It also has a transactional practice, particularly concerning the employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions.

Bénédicte has recently assisted clients with executive management issues, management of sensitive situations (harassment, discrimination), reorganisation of working hours and individual litigation. She has also recently worked for the Léon Grosse group on the sale of Sunopée to Virya Energy and for Areas on the proposed acquisition of Sighor's motorway service and catering business.

Bénédicte is a graduate of Master 2 Droit des Affaires et Fiscalité / DJCE and Master 1 Droit Social from Lyon 3 University. She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2015.
