Clément Pech de Laclause is counsel in Gide's "real estate transactions and financing" team in Paris.
He advises investors, developers, contractors and major users (tenants or owners) on all the legal issues they face throughout the life cycle of a building, whatever the asset category concerned (office buildings, shopping centres, logistics assets, schools, etc.).
Clément advises institutional investors on acquisitions and disposals of real estate assets, whether in the context of real estate M&A transactions (share deals, joint ventures, etc.) or direct asset deals. He also regularly works on real estate project development, construction, commercial leases and property management.
Clément holds a Master 2 in Real Estate Law from the University of Montpellier, as well as a Master in International Law and Management from HEC Paris. He has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2018,
