Marie Pastier-Mollet is a partner in Gide's real estate team in Paris. She advises and litigates in all areas of real estate law.

Marie advises French and foreign institutional clients at all stages of their real estate transactions in France.

She is mainly involved in real estate transactions (sales of assets or companies, financing), the development or restructuring of property complexes and the management of all types of assets (offices, shops, hotels), particularly when negotiating commercial leases. In particular, Marie has extensive experience of transactions combining the negotiation of sales in the future state of completion and leases in the future state of completion.

She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2013.
