Julien Nouchi is a member of the "tax" team in the Casablanca office.

He advises on both domestic and cross-border transactions with tax and foreign exchange implications, such as acquisitions or or sales of shares or businesses, mergers and various restructurings. He also handles issues relating to Moroccan customs regulations and the implementation of free trade agreements. He also implements and obtains the necessary authorisations for employee share plans of foreign listed and unlisted companies.

Julien has assisted numerous clients, both Moroccan and foreign, in their procedures with the tax authorities, whether in the context of tax audits or for obtaining tax rulings. He also advises on the implementation of efficient tax structures for foreign investments and the management of permanent establishment risk. Finally, he works closely with the project teams on tax structuring and the negotiation of EPC contracts and with the M&A department with tax due diligence services and tax aspects of SPAs.

Julien is a member of the Paris Bar and a graduate of Université Paris-Dauphine in corporate taxation (2012) and wealth management (2011). He specialises in corporate taxation. He joined the Casablanca office in June 2017.
