Antoine is an associate in Gide's "Investment funds" team in Paris.
Antoine's practice covers all matters relating to asset management. Antoine mainly acts for asset managers, insurance companies and other institutional investors in structuring, documenting and distributing investment funds (debt funds, private equity funds, real estate funds, infrastructure funds, etc.) and management mandates. His work covers the transactional and regulatory aspects of these operations, including obtaining AMF approval for products and market participants.
Antoine joined Gide in 2021 and holds a Master 2 in Business Law from the Université Panthéon-Assas Paris II (2019). Antoine was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2022.
