Julien Negroni
Practices
Julien Negroni is Counsel in Gide's Mergers & Acquisitions team in Paris. His practice covers venture capital, growth capital, private equity and mergers & acquisitions.
He is involved in many complex and/or international transactions and advises investors and start-ups, particularly in the technology and life sciences sectors, on fundraising, LBOs, restructurings, acquisitions and exits.
Prior to joining Gide, Julien worked in law firm and investment funds. He holds an MSc in International Law and Management from ESCP Business School in partnership with Queen Mary University of London (2013) and a Master 2 in Business Law from the University of Paris-Saclay (2012). Julien has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2016.
