Margot Lecoeur

Margot Lecoeur is a lawyer in Gide's "Investment Funds & Asset Management" team in Paris.
His practice covers the structuring and documentation of various types of investment fund on behalf of management companies and, more generally, the handling of legal issues relating to the regulations applicable to asset management in France.
Margot recently worked on the creation of the CDC Croissance PME fund and the Eiffel Impact Direct Lending fund, as well as the Groupama Agro Solution Debt fund.
Margot holds a Master 2 in Financial Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Magistère in Business Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2024.
