Thomas Le Meur is an associate in Gide's "Investment Funds and Asset Management" team in Paris.

He assists management companies, fund promoters and institutional investors with the structuring, management and distribution of regulated and non-regulated investment funds and management mandates. His practice covers the transactional and regulatory aspects of these operations. Thomas also assists these financial institutions in supervisory and sanction proceedings initiated by the financial regulatory authorities.

Before joining Gide, Thomas was an associate at a leading law firm in Luxembourg and a lawyer for the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF).

Thomas is a graduate of Université Paris 1 - Panthéon Sorbonne. He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2022.
