Joanna Karkoszka is an associate in Gide's Warsaw office. She advises on corporate law, in particular mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.

She advises Polish and international companies on various aspects of their business, from company formation and registration to joint venture projects and capital transactions. Her expertise also includes French company law, she advises and represents companies wishing to invest in the French market.

Joanna has been advising companies from different sectors on corporate matters. She also advises on various aspects of M&A transactions, particularly on corporate structuring. Among her clients are Chep, Louis Vuitton, Bouygues Immobilier, Leclerc Group, MAK Group and many others.

Joanna is a frequent speaker at conferences relating to Polish-French economic cooperation and lectures students at the French Law School of Warsaw University on French company law (as part of the master's programme at the University of Poitiers). Joanna is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Łódź and the Faculty of European and International Law at the University François Rabelais in Tours, France. She has been an attorney at the Paris Bar since 2017 and at the Warsaw Bar since 2021.
