Practices

Anne-Laure Coirre is an associate in Gide's "Environmental Law" team in Paris.

She advises and litigates in industrial environmental law (ICPE, water law, protected species, waste, circular economy) and town planning law (PPRT). She works for both public and private clients. In particular, she advises industrial clients on the environmental law aspects of their projects and assists them before both administrative and civil courts. She is also involved in audits and due diligence for transactions involving environmental issues (ICPE, pollution, natural risks). She speaks English and French.

Anne-Laure has advised companies on issues relating to the circular economy (obligation to eco-design products, Triman logo, etc.), waste management (producer/waste holder liability), ICPE legislation (formal notices, penalty orders) and water law. She has also acted in litigation against environmental authorisations and prefectoral orders issued under ICPE legislation.

Anne-Laure holds a Master's degree in real estate law from the Université Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne (2018-2019) and from the Institut de droit public des affaires (2021-2022). She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2023.
