Luca Chevallier is a member of the Paris Bar and Counsel in Gide's IP team. His practice focuses on intellectual property rights and trade secrets, as well as related unfair competition issues.

In patent law, Luca regularly acts in infringement and validity disputes on behalf of companies in various sectors (e.g. Life Sciences, Telecoms), before national courts and the Unified Patent Jurisdiction. In trade mark and design law, Luca assists famous brands in the luxury goods, sportswear, ready-to-wear, automotive, retail and Web3 sectors, in infringement and invalidity actions.

Luca's litigation expertise also covers unfair and parasitic competition, particularly in the digital, design, furniture and media sectors. In transactional matters, Luca regularly assists French and foreign operators with due diligences, negotiations and drafting of contracts involving intellectual property rights and technology transfers (licensing, fund-raising, IPOs, acquisitions, joint ventures, infrastructure projects, R&D partnerships, consortiums, FTOs, etc.).

Luca holds a Master's degree in business law and a Master 2 in industrial property law from the University of Paris II - Panthéon - Assas. He is a member of LES, EPLAW, APEB and APRAM.
