Saad is an associate in Gide's "Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions" team in Paris.
He mainly advises companies on acquisitions, mergers, carve-outs and foreign investment control, as well as on corporate law and governance issues.
He holds a Master 2 in International Business Law from the University of Montpellier and an LL.M. in International Business Law from the University of Exeter. He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2023.
