Chloé Charrier is Counsel in Gide's "Real Estate Transactions and Finance" team in Paris.

It advises French and foreign clients at all stages of their real estate transactions in France (acquisition, construction/restructuring, marketing, rental management, rental disputes, construction disputes, etc.), on all types of real estate assets (offices, hotels, shops and shopping centres, logistics warehouses, residential, wo-working or coliving buildings, etc.).

Chloé is mainly involved in negotiating commercial leases (in particular leases in future state of completion), construction contracts (property development contracts, general contractor contracts, etc.), transactions (share or asset deals), or hotel management agreements (HMA). She also regularly advises major coliving operators.

Chloé is a graduate of Master II Real Estate Law at the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas. She has been a registered lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2017.
